Please review the following refund policies before registering for the Contemporary Relationships Conference (CRC) or the Queer & Trans Affirming Professional (QTAP) certification program. These policies are non-negotiable, as expenses are generated to provide our programs. Please do not proceed with your registration if you cannot agree with these terms and conditions.
CRC REFUND POLICY:
Refunds for the conference will only be honored if the cancellation is made on or prior to 30 days before the first day of the conference (a $40 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference begins are not eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend the conference, and the deadline has passed, you may transfer your registration to someone else (e.g., a colleague or friend). We do not grant refunds for no-shows. If you need to cancel, send an email to info@contemporaryrelationships.com. Should the event organizers need to cancel the conference, registrants will be refunded in full.
QTAPÂ REFUND POLICY:
The Program Fee covers access to all prerecorded Core Curriculum courses and registration to the next Contemporary Relationships Conference. Due to the significant expenses involved in providing and administering the certification program, we rely upon registration payments to fund the program’s operations. Registrants may request a cancellation and full refund within 30 days of registration, provided they have not yet accessed or begun any of the prerecorded Core Curriculum courses. Once a registrant has accessed or begun taking any Core Curriculum course, or once 30 days have passed from the date of registration, no refund will be available. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the applicable 30-day period. Before registering, please ensure that your schedule can accommodate the program requirements.
Â
Individual Mentorship: Please consult directly with your service provider regarding their payment policies and preferred method of payment. In general, once you pay a provider for services, you are not eligible for a refund due to cancellation, missed meetings, no shows, or being tardy. Consultations cancelled by the service provider will be rescheduled and payment credited to the rescheduled date and time.
Fall & Spring Roundtables: Once you register for the roundtables, you are not eligible for a refund due to cancellation, missed classes, no shows, or being tardy. Roundtables cancelled by the Center for Contemporary Relationships will be rescheduled and payment credited to the rescheduled date and time.
