Dr. Lulu (Uchenna Lizmay Umeh, MD) is a Black queer immigrant physician, speaker, author, and leadership educator whose work centers how internalized, learned, and unconscious bias shapes thought patterns, decision-making, behavior, and outcomes across personal, professional, and communal life.
